He appears at the Head Museum after Hermes was decapitated, when Fry feeling jealous picks up Charles and pretends to be him, he returned while Lars and Leela were walking through the Head Museum.
He attends Leela and Lars' wedding along with Leonard Nimoy and a few other heads. After Hermes got his paradox body crushed by a chandelier, Charles and Hermes had to share a jar for the time being.
