The hermaphamingo is a native to the planet Vergon 6 which has two heads in one body: the head with eyelashes is female and the head with a moustache is male. It is one of the Vergonian species the Planet Express crew needed to save from extinction in the year 3000 (1ACV04). Unfortuantly, Nibbler ate it along with the other animals.
