The 100th-delivery party was celebrated in September of 3010, during the Devolution Revolution, in the Planet Express headquarters by Bender Bending Rodríguez, its organizer, and other people he invited to it. It commemorated the one-hundredth delivery of the Planet Express company, a soufflé Mrs. Astor had ordered from Elzar's Fine Cuisine.
Organization
When the Professor announced that the Planet Express crew had been hired to make their 100th delivery, Bender planned on throwing a party with 100 cakes, a 100 hookers and 100 Elvis impersonators. After delivering a soufflé to Mrs. Astor, they were invited to the Annual Astor Endowment Fundraiser. Bender stayed at the headquarters to prepare the party.
As Bender was serving Michael Collins Mix, he realized that Fry and Hermes weren't in the building, so he figured he didn't need to wait for them and decided to get the party started. A lot of characters from earlier episodes had been invited, the DJ Robot was playing "The Boogie That Be" by The Black Eyed Peas and both the hookers and the Elvis impersonators were there. The party seemed to be going well.
However, Bender ended up feeling lonely, as he was starting to miss his friends, who had been sentenced to two weeks in the NNY Sewers for harboring a mutant. As a result, he stopped the party and kicked everyone out of the building. Later, Fry would return to the surface to pick him up, so the Westside Pipeway could be bent. After the Sewer Mutants had been granted their freedom, the crew went back to the headquarters. Despite the 100th-delivery party having been the greatest party ever and Bender being partied out, they had another one... with "Bend It" by Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich.

Amy: So, Bender... how was the party?
Bender: Only the greatest party ever! I don't need to have another party in my whole life! I am partied out!
